The Catalina 42 designed to be affordable and to appeal to a broad spectrum of sailors: day sailors, club racers, weekenders, and long-distance cruisers. This boat is the very desirable twin cabin model has the master stateroom forward and guest cabin aft to starboard. Both staterooms have beautiful teak dressers and closets for abundant storage. The master head with separate shower is forward and guest head is amidships for guest use. The main salon is bright and airy with numerous ports and hatches. It has a home-like galley, complete with microwave, 3-burner propane stove/oven, and large 12 V Alde Barbour Refrigerator/Freezer.
