This remote is so much better than the original remote I had. The buttons are much easier to operate, and the screen display is so much better.

This is my third and last request, if I do not hear back from you by Thursday June 14, 2012, I will start the process to have this payment withdrawn from my credit card. I hope this is not the way you treat all of you customers. I am a senior citizen, 100% disabled army combat veteran, and expect to treated with a little bit more respect then you have offered to me.
