iboats.com announces their launch of a redesigned home page "to allow consumers to more easily find the many water activities-related services iboats offers," the company said in a statement today.
Bruno Vassel III, president & CEO of iboats, inc., said the new home page combines all of the marine-related areas into three main sections; a boating classifieds, an online e-commerce store, and boating resources and community.
"The new design not only organizes the over 900,000 pages of content that we provide online more clearly, but it also displays what iboats.com has to offer to boaters and water-enthusiasts by using drop-down boxes," Vassel said.
Some of the new features include:
Quick links to buying or selling a boat, to manufacturers, and to participating dealers; Boating services links to boat loans, marinas, and marine insurance; Dealer services to give boat buyers quick access to finding a dealer or helping dealers set up a Web site.
After months of work, iboats.com says that they have also revised the boat accessories portion of their web site. This new categorization structure further helps customers to more rapidly find the exact boating part or accessory desired from well over 400,000 product SKUs listed in the iboats’ Marine MegaMall.
iboats.com has been online since October, 1998 and continues to rapidly expand its Internet reach and coverage. Currently several million individuals per month visit iboats.com and its network of marine-related web sites.
