    Forgot your site system username or password?
    Email addresses almost never begin with www, and must have an @ symbol. For example: yourname@yourprovider.com

     Email Address:
              

     This will email the site administrator the username and password,
    but anyone with an email address in the site may request this.
    Outlook Express Email Setup

     1) Click on the [Start] button, go to [Programs] and select [Outlook Express].

      2) Click [Tools] and select [Accounts].  Screen Shot

      3) Click [Add] and select [Mail].  Screen Shot

      4) In the field labeled [Display Name], type in the name you wish to appear on your outgoing email messages.  Screen Shot

      5) Click [Next].

      6) In the field labeled [E-mail Address], type your New email address.  Screen Shot

      7) Click [Next].

      8) In the field labeled [Incoming mail [POP3 or IMAP] server:], type "mail.iboats.com".  Screen Shot

      9) In the field labeled [Outgoing mail [SMTP] server:], type your ISP's SMTP server name (You may have to contact them for this information).

     10) Click [Next].

     11) In the [Account Name] field, type your entire email address.  Screen Shot

     12) In the [Password] field, type the password for your account.

     13) Click [Finish].  Screen Shot

     14) Click [Close].

     15) Click on [Tools] go to [Send and Receive], and select [Send and Receive All].
    Congratulations! You should now see your Inbox.
    You're ready to start sending and receiving email.
    MS Outlook Email Setup

     1) Click on the [Start] button, go to [Programs] and select [Microsoft Outlook].

     2) Click [Tools] and select [Accounts].  Screen Shot

      3) Click [Add] and select [Mail].  Screen Shot

      4) In the field labeled [Display Name], type in the name you wish to appear on your outgoing email messages.  Screen Shot

      5) Click [Next].

      6) In the field labeled [E-mail Address], type your new email address.  Screen Shot

      7) Click [Next].

      8) In the field labeled [Incoming mail [POP3 or IMAP] server:], type "mail.iboats.com".  Screen Shot

      9) In the field labeled [Outgoing mail [SMTP] server:], type your ISP's SMTP server name (You may have to contact them for this information).

     10) Click [Next].

     11) In the [Account Name] field, type your entire email address.  Screen Shot

     12) In the [Password] field, type the password for your account.

     13) Click [Next].

     14) Select [I will establish my internet connection manually], then click [Next].  Screen Shot

     15) Click [Finish], then click [Close].

     16) Click on [Tools] and select [Send/Receive].

    Congratulations! You should now see your Inbox.
    You're ready to start sending and receiving email.
    MS Outlook XP Email Setup

     1) Click on the [Start] button and select [Email].

     *NOTE: If you don't have Outlook XP set as your default email client, you will need to open it from [Start], [All Programs].

      2) Click on [Tools] and select [E-mail Accounts].  Screen Shot

      3) Select [Add a new e-mail account].  Screen Shot

      4) Click [Next].

      5) Select [POP3].  Screen Shot

      6) Click [Next].

      7) In the field labeled [Your Name:], type in the name you wish to appear on your outgoing email messages.  Screen Shot

      8) In the field labeled [E-mail Address], type your new email address.

      9) In the field labeled [Incoming mail server (POP3):], type "mail.iboats.com".

     10) In the field labeled [Outgoing mail server (SMTP):], type your ISP's SMTP server name (You may have to contact them for this information).

     11) In the [User Name:] field, type your entire email address.

     12) In the [Password:] field, enter your password. If you'd like Outlook to remember your password, check [Rememebr password].

     13) Click [Next].

     14) Click [Finish].  Screen Shot
    Congratulations! You should now see your Inbox.
    You're ready to start sending and receiving email.
