Propulsion Type: Outboard Hull Material: Aluminum Hull Color: White Extras More Information - ‘07 Nomad/SeaArk 20’ Aluminum Hull w/’09 Honda 90 and Tandem aluminum Trailer - This hull started out as a prototype for a new trailerable houseboat.  Nomad Houseboats did not like how the cabin was turning out so they scrapped the idea.  What’s left is a very well built SeaArk 20’ hull that was converted into a center console.  The hull has never been in the water and the motor is brand new.  Trailer is a bit of an overkill for a lightweight boat. - Comes with hydraulic steering, built-in fuel tank and lots of storage. - Some items that need to be completed are: grab rail, a better helm seat or leaning post, windshield, prop added, graphics and navigation lights added. - With just a little bit of work, you can save thousands on a very nice, shallow running boat.
