This 36’ Custom Built Steel Sailing Sloop has great potential and is being sold as a project. Needs a lot of TLC.

UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO RECORD OF WHAT SHIPYARD MADE THIS VESSEL. SAME OWNER SINCE 1972 BUT JUST KNOWS THAT IT WAS MADE BACK EAST.

Really a deal at this price. Restored up this boat would be worth in the $20,000 range. Lehman diesel is worth $5,000 parted out alone. Runs great.
