Howdy,

It might be helpful if you post your engine model number. (Since you're posting in the OMC forum you have an OMC engine/drive?)

You can view OMC part numbers at http://epc.brp.com/

Find your engine and find the OMC number for the carb repair kit. Use Google to find either the actual OMC kit or a Sierra replacement.

Regards,

Rick

I just thought it would be helpful to give you some background
We purchased it about 4 years ago and when we took it out it stalled after returning to idle once warm and my dad left it sitting around

Fast forward about 3 months ago I took it upon myself to get it working put new fuel it and chained the fluids and took it out same problem with it stalling at idle once warm but runs great at cruising speed but hesitates at wot. When it would stall at idle I would adjust the mixture screws and it didn't affect much. So I would sit around till the engine cooled down and would run just fine at idle

Sounds like you're over heating. That's an OMC Cobra from the looks of it. Not sure what year.

Have you changed the impeller?

Welcome aboard.
