Easy Omc question

So I am pretty sure this will be a easy question for you guys. A lot of knowledge on these forums. I have a OMC 4.3 cobra motor and two fuel tanks. The motor runs awesome on the starboard side but only runs a few minutes on the port then stalls. Any ideas where my problem might be? I have a mechanical pump at the motor and I'm guessing the tanks each have sending units on the tops of them. At first I thought each tank had its own fuel pump and that might be the problem. Mechanically inclined but new to boats. This has become a 3 week project. When I first got it, it would not run well at all. I've replaced plugs, fuel/water separator filter and rebuilt the carb. So it at least is running awesome on the one tank. Thanks in advanced for the help.

port tank.

either anti-siphon valve is stuck, pickup is bad, etc.

ok another dump question. I'm not seeing anti siphon valve in my omc book. Where would it be, On the top of the tank or in the fuel line somewhere. I can only see about two feet of the top of my tank the rest is covered up.

Scratch that I did find where it is. Where the fuel line meets the tank there is a fitting. I'm guessing its the fitting that is the anti siphon.

Could be crud and water in the tank that gives you grief also. I know it's hard to get to some of them, but draining and cleaning is probably in the future.
