What the plugs will tell you?
Engine runs very well, but i would like to know about mixture? Please check the photo - what do you think about the color of plug? Mixture ok or a bit lean? Its 3.0L carb. Engine.

Well, more info is needed.....What do you mean by "Engine runs very well"

What is your WOT RPM and [GPS] speed? how old are those plugs........they look new (I.E. how many hrs since new or cleaning etc)

It should turn 4200 to 4600 RPM at WOT. and realistically, for best all around performance, [@WOT] it should turn close to or at 4600 RPM when the boat is loaded where you'll usually run it and the pressure altitude (Mean Sea Level) where you use it most.

Plug color looks pretty much normal for 4-stroke marine inboards (and most automobiles)
