Dynasty 171 CB hull repair needed

Hi,
My friend in Germany has a 1995 Dynasty 171 CB. He is looking for a spare "impact protection band". I am not sure if I used the right words but the attached picture shows the damaged section. I will soon travel to Germany and could bring the parts along if not too heavy. Otherwise I would ship it. Can someone help me finding the necessary item or at least tell me what exactly I should be looking for? Thank you for your help!

It's a rub rail. I'm sure there's a marine supply somewhere in Germany who can hook him up.
