Ok I have a 100 horse 67 evinrude starflite-s that needs a pulse pack and god knows what else, and don't really have the time or money to buy the parts and fix it, but I have a line on a free boat with a 90 hp merc I believe.

All seems intact minus the pulse pack I seem to be missing along with the bracket which I could fab if I knew what it even looked like.
There is also as seen in pics an oil line I believe??? Hooked high but the same connection down low there is none...
