It is difficult for me to explain the process in English but I will try.
Basically the Volvo Penta diagnosis is WRONG!
the dct 1642 is not real.
To recap, twin engine installation with EVC MC .
I disabled the multi sensor on both HIU in order to work separately on each engine...
I didn't see any water because the two buzzer are in a very protected area. What i am going to check tomorrow is the wiring. Looking at the schematic it is very simple (now that i have the correct one). One positive from key to buzzer and a negative connected to the ECU. I already checked the...
Everything is working good. Both buzzers sounds correctly when I put the keys on (2 beep). After that another 3 beep and the screen show electric system fault. With VODIA we discovered the DTC 1642 BUZZER OPEN on both engines.
Engines are running perfectly, no other issues

I have an issue with my 4.3 gxi. Vodia diagnosis says buzzer open. After some troubleshooting Volvo penta Italy engineer tell me to connect the buzzer ground to pin number 4.
I have the old round 10 pin connector .
To be sure of what I am doing, do you have a wiring diagram...
