I have an 85 horse 1989 force outboard on an 18 and a half foot grumman aluminum boat. I am getting 4500 rpm's and 28-29 mph max. Both seem a little low. I bought the boat used and it runs good otherwise. Is it a matter of carburation, prop. pitch,.....? :confused:
