I finally got my 1969 45 HP to go in gear. Was testing it and realized i was not getting full throttle (not a lot of power). When I turned the wheel it would go out of gear and rev much higher. If I lower the throttle it stay in gear as I turned. After about 10 minutes of testing the engine...
