By 96 90tlru outboard normaly has a voltage reading of 12.5 when not running and 14.2 at idle. The last time out it got to 16.2 (at 3400RPM) and the display started to flash. When I got back to the harbor running around 1200RPM it want back to 15.5 I assume this presents a problem.<br />Does...
