The ski worked fine all day ( cranked several times ) as we decided to head in the ski would not crank/ would not turn over or anything/ checked the battery connections no problem there.....any thoughts?

Hey, I have a 2005 Waverunner that will not crank. As I try to crank it there is a loud clicking noise coming from a black box mounted on the inside of the hull on the right hand side up front by the steering handles. I have charged the battery and I think it is good. Any thoughts or suggestions...
