    15 HP sea king what year

    I have recently bought a se king outboard 15 HP model VWB52119E Serial No. 48X31110 I believe that It is a 1983. can anyone tell me if that is correct. also what would the plug gap be and the gas/oil mix ratio thank you in advance.
