My mercury has been having throttle issues in neutral. It throttles extremely high in neutral with lots of exhaust. When you shift it into forwards it still throttles high but not as bad. Not Shure if this is my Carburetors needing to be adjusted or just my throttle cables I just put on.

Hey My 1974 85hp mercury's prop is messed up I can only spin it clockwise in forwards and in neutral I can spin eather way but in reverse I cant spin it either way.

he when I bought my boat it originally had a electric motor but that motor quit working so I was wondering if I can swap it out for a hydraulic one or will all the wiring be screwed up?
