Old Town canoe resurfacing

Hi, As I’d written before, I’m fixing up and old canoe (Old Town 17’ fiberglass). Now I’m about ready to paint the black gunwales. Any recommendations for a paint for that? For budget reasons, maybe not something too specialized. Thanks for any feedback. Dan

Old Town canoe resurfacing

Hi, A neighbor gave me a worn out Old Town canoe & I've been trying to resurrect it. I've patched, sanded and spray painted it. Now I want to give it a shiny, protected final coat. Someone recommend car wax and that was a disaster, so I started over. I have 303 but not sure that is shiny enough...
