    Loose coil terminal cause intermittent running??

    1976 45 HP Chrysler outboard. The edge of the coil was cracked and I could wiggle the terminal back n forth. Would this cause engine to run bad on and off?     lower unit leak 45hp Chrysler

    You can see from the pic that the leak isn't from the fill screw, but it's leaking from the bolt above it. Do you know what seal in the lower unit would cause this leak?? Maybe the shift rod seal?? Your input is certainly appreciated! Thanks!!

    Ignition not turning engine over 45 chrysler

    All of a sudden the ignition switch wouldn't turn the engine over. I didn't hear any clicks from the starter or solenoid. But it started when I crossed the terminals on the solenoid with a screwdriver. All wires on ignition switch are tight. Sure would appreciate any ideas! Thanks!
