    Nobody fishing?

You're a lot further South than I. Today Snowflakes in the air and 3, but it will be warm tomorrow, 11, likely the last day the sunroof will be open, by next week the highs will be -6 and the lows -12

    Boat listing to left

There is an Engine Trim Tab, and there Transom Trim Tabs. I rarely(never) think of the one on the Motor. Two of my motors didn't have them, or I had taken it off.

    Prop size

"Flex" That bit of Misinformation has sold Hundreds of Thousands, if not Millions of SS Props. Grab an Alunimium Prop Blade and try flexing it, The put you hand in Water and move it around. Which one Yields to your hand? Which one is stiffer than your hand? If there is any "flexing" of Prop...

    87 Johnson 30

That Motor does have a Shallow Water Mechanism, with a bit of thought, and some MacGyvering, a way to move the Tilt/Trim Lock Lever from the Helm could be devised

    Excessive smoking

What you consider Excessive Smoke might be perfectly Normal. Myself, I like and want that Smoke as it keeps the Skeeters away, and I love the Smell of Burnt 2 Stroke Oil. It is one of the Finest Scents ever created.

    16ft Glasspar w/65hp 2 stroke

That Roller, should have been under the Transom, not forward of it. Hooks can develop from that. Unless that boat has some kind of Sentimental Value, you will be money ahead to find another Boat, because it can become a Time and Money Pit of a Restoration

    16ft Glasspar w/65hp 2 stroke

Likely a rotted Transom. Fractured right at the area where the Glass had been penetrated by screws. That area was likely also stressed by not being supported properly on the Trailer, as shown in the pic. It is a 63 yr old boat, and to be honest, not having rotted Stringers/Transom would be a...

    Bow sitting high

All those batteries in the back are a good portion of the Weight Distribution Issue. Adding Ballast to level the boat is not the Answer, as it just adds weight, and slows you down and burns more fuel. Why 4 Batteries?

    Bow sitting high

Welcome to iboats How the boat sit moored is dependent on Weight Distribution. Since No One here can examine your Boat, all we can do is offer some ideas/thoughts. How many Batteries does it have? What other Ballast, such as Anchors, have you tossed in the Stern? Have you ever checked for Water...

    Which hull brands to avoid

Properly done repairs(and most aren't) can happen on Glass Boats. Alumimium Boats, are easier to repair. They repair the Aluminium Skins on Airplanes all the time
