First Boat -- Needs Repairs; Havent Even Drove it Since Signing

Well... It depends on the type of steering, does this pontoon have a I/O or outboard? If it has a SeaStar helm, it somehow got low on fluid, which is no big deal to repair, as long as they fix the leak, and bleed it out properly. If it has an I/O and the steering cable, along with a power...

Has anyone seen or heard of a trailer tire doing this?

Why do that? Just block the axle up and the weight won’t be there.

Air conditioning water supply not pumping

When launching the first time of the season, sometimes you may have to prime if the pump is to high in the bilge. After that it should be fine. If not something isn’t right.

    Looking for smoother throttle

Also, with the new style cables, they don’t need lube. The sheathing on the inner cable is the lube. Grease or anything else just gunk’s up over time and makes them sticky.

Can the base of engine work? Two to bolts under engine are rusted and can

Yes that cable will fit. Again, did you hammer on the outside race of the bearing or the inside race?

Can the base of engine work? Two to bolts under engine are rusted and can

No. It looks like the gimble bearing isn’t seated in all the way. Using a stick to pound it in on The inner race will ruin it. You need the proper installation tool for the bearing and alignment bar.

    Water pump

Sure, put it on there. it won't hurt, it will help seal it. Also, if the bolt holes are drilled to the water jacket, they should have sealant on the threads. This will prevent leaks wicking up the threads. Can't remember if those are blind holes or drilled through right now.

    Looking for smoother throttle

Interesting. Are there any sharp bends in the cables? That would make it stiff. On my mercury outboard, it’s a bit stiffer than my I/O is.

    Craning Strap Position

What’s the issue with storing it on the trailer? And the people figging the straps will know where to put them also. We do it all the time. Look for the bulkheads, that’s where you want to be but the cradle pads like to be on the bulkheads. Some boats have a sling mark from factory up by the...

2 Fuel Water filters ,2 totally different fuel contents,Fuel pros ,have a look at this

I usually add the stabilizer before filling up, then go for a boat ride. If you put it in and just ran the motors one at a time on the hose, one picked up the unmixed product first, the other got none.
