    That pattern can be a electrical part that heats up and fails like clock work. Do a spark plug check on all cylinders. See if no spark is happening on all of them.

    I priced out Propane as a fuel. Best local fuel dealer said he could not FILL UP a tank until springtime. Quota used up. Oh well

    I am tempted to split the bird into 2 attached 1/2s in a double Roasting Bag. So all of the white gets evenly cooked using my new electronic probe to keep track of thickest White Meat section. I will probably Aluminum foil cover the thinner meat areas to prevent dried out areas. We do try. :)

    Thank you dingbat. I will open the sealed tank tomorrow. To see if the 1 gallon in a SEALED CLOSED 40 gallon tank is O K with no slime separation on inside metal surfaces. If clean great.     On any floating dock I use a lot. I have the horizontal floaters with a hole at each end. The float ends are tied in a way underwater that does NOT ALLOW the fender to rise above the dock.     So No lower unit AND a garden hose feeding the cool water tube to the engine works fine ? Could be the exhaust system casting is blowing hot gases all over the pumping system down there ? What else is left to heat up the water so much ? Geezer engine problems.

    Runs and blows fuses ? Crud in the pump vanes dragging. take bottom cover off to repair...........WARNING !!!! The pump may start running without warning. Also check the float switch for binding. REMOVE the fuse that runs the pump motor ! Pump will tear skin off fingers.
