    Finally can troll for 1 hour none stop. With CLEAN sparkplugs.

    It was those rubber gaskets shifting around. Preventing 143 F engine temperature. ALL Start and Run problems are gone. No black soot on center of the plug. :) (y)(y)(y)(y)(y)(y)

    They forgot to install YOUR ORIGINAL exhaust risers. Or put someone elses short risers on. Only so many ways to crack Cast Iron Risers and Exhaust manifolds. By now warped / leaking cylinder heads are a real possibility. only other possibility Is the engine oil on the dipstick a light brown...

    Midwest college did a WINTER LONG test of amount of water the tank collected by changes of temperature and Humidity. They said the amount of condensation was almost nothing. Tank was almost empty at start.

    I seem to remember needing to apply a tiny coating of grease lubricant to the lobes to prevent excessive rapid wear. It was supplied with the new points.

    On the wrong TDC timing point ? Caution about replacement blocks. Does it have the EXACT same camshaft valve timing in it ? If not ? You may need taller exhaust manifold risers.

    3 possibilities. Incorrect IDLE mixture screw setting for a warmed up engine Idle speed is too low when engine is warmed up. Intake vacuum leak after engine warms up.

    Why customers ARE NOT buying new anything. Unless it is non repairable. People should know a company can put a TIMER in the controls to fail at 1 year and 1 month of time. Or anytime they desire. A reboot by a factory technician can restore service for another year. Ethical ?
