    I think Lpge is correct. The last 2 numbers of my plugs are 22. And the Feeler Gauge read .022" from the factory.

    If you remove the big cover ? Be extremely carefull !!!! a bare flywheel can start spinning suddenly while fiddling with the sweitch !!! It can grab your clothing or HAIR!!!!!!!!! Be very careful of the flywheel suddenly starting !!!!!

    The Neutral Safety Switch could be at either location. My Evinrude's are on the inside of the motor. In Neutral you should see a switch being pressed on by the shift linkage. Get lucky with just a simple adjustment. CAUTION !! Some motors have a switch that MOMENTARELY stops ignition...

    Running on water muffs ? Has damaged & overheated motors. To where parts on the motor become damaged. Been there and done it. When a phone call stopped me from watching the muffler move off the inlet ports.

    I am aware of the POSSIBLE problems. But some LIFEPO4 companies STATE that you do not need to design anything for safe operation. Remove old & put in their battery. Done. My friend now has all 5 connected in the boat uses nothing but a standard fork truck battery charger.

    A boating friend bought 5 100 amp batteries. 2 were defective with bad B M S systems buried under the sealed compartment on top of the battery.
Top
