    Take an ohm reading across both breaker sets.----The rotor is held in place by the wave spring and flywheel.----Not sure why you are obsessed by any wobble that you appear to observe !

    It will rev up fine on a hose when running on one cylinder.----Take it back and insist they check it over.

    Doubt it is a prop issue.----Trouble shoot the motor.-----Might be running on 1 cylinder.----Post actual compression numbers.----Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" on both leads ?

    Did you line up the key on the rotor with notch in the crank?-----It sounds like you need another rotor.------Sent a couple of these motors to scrap a week ago.
