Engine has the problem only at the specific speed I want to troll. Runs great at lower or higher speeds. No tach, but about 2 1/2 mph is where I troll. At that throttle speed RPMs goes up and down by itself. If I have to give a slight throttle adjustment to correct speed for wind it either...
