This is a 96 Suzuki DT150S EFI Can the timing be retarded by a few degrees? Can a CDI box make a fuel injector mal-function?

What creates water wear just behind where the water is drawn in. It actually removed the paint and looks like it was sandpapered with 40 grit

This motor has blown up 3 tomes in 5 years same cylinder keeps detonating It is fuel injected but somehow keeps leaning itself out. Can't change injector size. needs more fuel but how
