Cost competitive with hydraulic systems and the price is lower than pneumatic systems. Controls any engine: Gas or diesel inboards, I/O's or outboards. Dual control available for twin engine boats. Easy to install or retrofit. Step-by-step instructions are available. Each system consist of: One actuator per engine, one single or dual control lever per station, one multiconductor cable per station, per engine, one power unit: 12 VDC 10 amp circuit per shaft and standard 33C push-pull cable and brackets for throttle and clutch connections. Multi-station control: One to five stations can be installed per actuator and stations can be added at any time. Easy station transfer: Only one station is active at a time. However, you can move from station to station and take control simply by pushing a transfer button. Each station has one. Control indicator lights: When the light is on, it indicates that particular station has control. The light at all other stations will be off. High and low idle settings: Low is ideal for slow trolling. High, which is adjustable to as much as 10% of the full speed range, enhances starting and warming up the engine or docking and maneuverability in tight quarters. Built-in detents: These indicate Neutral, Ahead and Astern lever positions. They are spring loaded, rolling detents that last a lifetime and provide a firm, smooth feel. Double interlocked controls: To start the engine, operator must have controls in on mode, lever must be in neutral and it can be moved thru the ahead speed range to start and warm-up engine without engaging the clutch. Fast reversals are sequenced to protect the drive train and engine. Engine room actuator: The actuator is located in the engine area, is water resistant against water spray and can be mounted in any attitude. It houses the electronics and two servo motors, one for throttle and one for shift. It is connected to the engine throttle and shift levers by short 33C type cables.
