Hello All:
Stored this motor in the basement over the winter. Hooked it up the other day and ran it just with the muffs on. Started up no problems. After I shut it off, I noticed a greyish fluid coming out the exhaust outlet. Is this a minor or major problem. All info is greatly appreciated. Thanks
Steve
Nova Scotia, Canada

Not any kind of problem, boater.

Normal residue from incomplete combustion.

Thanks alot JB. Wasn't sure if anything should becoming out of exhaust besides fumes. So this isn't a sign of bad gaskets or anything. Going to sell boat and want to tell the buyer as much as I know.
Steve

Boater, that's so normal it hurts. It may even be black, it's just exhaust residue. My 28 is guilty of it, especially after prolonged idling in cold water.
