1982 evinrude 200 v6 prop spun?

I don't think I spun the prop.

I was at 3/4 throttle, hit some waves and the engine began to rev. I brought it back to idle quickly. Shifted to reverse and forward multiple times everything works fine. If I bring the throttle above idle the engine revs like it is slipping. Limped it in to my slip and raised the engine, put it in gear with engine off, and turned the prop. I was able to rotate the engine by spinning the prop.

Should I replace the prop? Is it spun? Or should I check something else?

Greatly likely that it is spun. To check, get a permanent marker and mark a line going across the inside and the outside prop hub, and then run it. If it's spun, it will slip and the lines will not line up anymore

yep prop was spun
