1992 Sea Ray 200 Overnighter

I'm going to look at one of these tomorrow or Wednesday, and was wondering if any previous owners could tell me what to watch out for with this specific make or model (that's not covered in the sticky in this forum)?

Just that the boat is 22 years aged and be on the look out for it not being cared for properly. Be sure to check for soft spots in the decking which means the wood in the boat is rotten and it's time to look for a different boat.
