1993 OMC Starter install wiring

Hi all, Here is a picture of my project, wiring was disconnected when I acquired the boat. Not sure how to reconnect wiring. Here are some picture. I hooked it up like I thought it should, but no power at all. Any help would be appreciated. It's a OMC 4.3. 160hp engine.

Is it not getting power as in lights, bilge pump, accessories won't turn on? Not getting power as in the key flips and nuthin' happens? or Yes?

Looking at the solenoid, the battery cable @ 12 o clock, the yellow/red goes to the 9 o clock and the remaining wire @ 3 o clock.
