1995 OMC/Ford 5.0 50FAPHUE - Cross Reference to 302 for rebuild kit?

I'm in need of a rebuild kit for my 50FAPHUE .. and since it's a Ford 302, can I use standard Ford 302 marine rebuild kits (piston heads/rings/bearings/etc)?

Is there any difference between the OMC placarded block than a standard 302 of that same year?

welcome aboard

depends on which heads are on your motor now, and which cam is in there. depending on cam, the firing order changes

I would simply pull your motor and take it to the machine shop first to determine what you need to buy.
