waterpump kits come with extension tubes to cover leg height differences. Just pick the number of extensions from the kit, if any, to match the length you have now. You can measure from the inside horizontal surface of the enginge bracket that rests on the transom to the centerline of the prop shaft to determine leg length.
Good luck

I just used an OMC P/N 5001595 for my '94 E200STLERK. It came with various water tube spacers. For my model I didn't need them so I just threw them away, but I'm sure you will need one or the other for yours.

I show your pump to be P/N 5001595. Just checked with my dealer, and that is the OMC Part Number.

Since lucky and texas both have "...STL..." model V6 motors, they came from the factory with the same length legs. So, Texas, if your LU is original, you should not need any extension tubes and you have a 20" leg. If your not sure, be certain to match what's already installed and working well.

I edited my previous post after checking with the dealer. :) That should set you up man! Also, if you need the extensions you will know when you take the Lower Unit off. You will either see one on the metal pipe coming down through the mid or it will still be attached to the pump housing. Either way you will have everything you need in the complete kit to do the job.
