2000 Evinrude 35HP 2 stroke missfiring

The engine idles good but when I put it into forward and start to give it more gas it jerks, firing on only one cylinder (misfires)? I believe it is something to do with timing but have no clue how to check it... Any help would be greatly apprediated...

try pumping your fuel bulb to check its not a lean sneeze from too little fuel from pump reaching carb

Thanks, i'll give the fuel bulb a check... I noticed that sometimes the fuel filter (clear) sometimes goes almost dry...

Sounds like your engine is going into slow mode. Have you removed the oil tank and mixing chamber if you haven't you need to they are very prone to failure. GET rid of them and run 50:1. The CDI guide is of limited use for trouble shooting the three cylinder 35 and 25 you really need the factory service manual.
