2000 Yamaha 130 2 Stroke.

I have had this motor now for 2 full seasons(Bought it in the box in 2002 as a leftover), and it has been well worth the investment. No problems to report. Does anyone else on this board have the same engine? If so, are there any "weak links" I should know about? Are there any little secrets to this particular engine that I should know about? As I said, so far so good. It's been a very reliable engine and any advice, and experience with this engine would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Pat.

hello<br /> that motor is about the best built.<br /> but do the maint. do it at the recommended intravels. monthly yearly and hourly.<br /> if its oil injected do the maint on that system as well<br />do the cooling system like religon.<br /> if maintained its not uncommon to see 3-5 thousand hours<br /> dont do it and it goes to hundreds<br />good luck and keep posting
