When i Throttle down quickly, my motor dyes. It is a 2002 mercury 115 4 stroke fuel injected.

TPS, IAC valve, unless you have advanced mechanic skills and the tools/computer to work on your motor, you are basically at the mercy of a professional mechanic, which is why I will not buy another EFI motor, not to mention the over abundance of very pricey parts. It took me about 4 months to do a crash course on EFI motors and I got the program and cable to connect to my lap top..finally got mine fixed. If you know how to check/adjust your TPS, you could try that before hauling it to a mechanic shop.

You probably have a dirty or bad IAC

those valves are not too bad..just around $400 I think..one of the cheaper parts on that motor.

Thank you for your response. Sitting here thinking about it, some times it sputters on a quick throttle up. Can you elaborate, what is a TPS, IAC valve? I am probably not going to attempt to fix it

you need to give yourself a crash course on EFI outboard motors, take a look at a parts diagram, find each sensor, order a manual and read how to test/adjust/replace each sensor/valve.
