2007 etec 115 crank no start

2007 Etec 115 E115DSLUC.
I was out trolling on the river and my engine cut out. I tried to start it and the engine cranked and started and then stopped. It sounded very strange usually it was a steady normal engine sound but when it started it was more of a slow and unsteady rumble. since then it has not started. I ran EVDiag on it and didn't get any codes thrown. I am at a loss as far as what going on. Any advice? Also after I turned off the engine a message popped up saying "EMM Reset" I didn't press anything and I dont know exactly what that means.
So far I've found a few possible reasons

flywheel magnets

EMM issue

Fuel supply issue

Low battery

suggest you ask/visit the ETEC user board where ETECs are supported by
ETEC only folks ...good search utility try EMM RESET

EV diag won't tell you if the injectors are stuck or dirty...only if electrically faulty
Check fuel pressure to injector rail

if OK injector(s) may be plugged up due to bad fuel /water

VST high speed pump filter may be plugged up ... lift pump may be faulty try hand pumping the fuel into the VST .

check fuel pick up in the tank etc.... basic stuff the EMM does not monitor.
