Brand new 300 hp Yamaha stalls as soon as you try to throttle up. Warranty is useless, no help offered from anyone. Came on a new Parker, even they don't care, had the boat less than two months, they say, I should have it brought back to the dealer at my expense.
It's not the fuel, it checked out fine. Just stalled after a run and won't throttle up.
Need some help please.

The Boat Manufacturer is not going to care but Yamaha should. I have had Yamaha products and unlike Honda Yamaha has always worked with me the few times I have needed warranty. And yes you will have to carry it to your dealer at your expense.

check your oil levels, if your oil level is low, the engine will remain at 2000rpms and not let you go higher to avoid damage to the engine.
