454 mag mpi stalling at startup only when cold weather

I have a 2000 454 mag MPI. When it is cold out at the initial startup the engine will stall and I will get an alarm. After the second start up the engine will run fine throughout the day.I had the engine scanned and code 14 came up which is engine coolant temperature sensor. That was replaced as well as the eye iac sensor. we even followed the directions on checking voltage and it was above 5 volts..any help would be great

Have you rechecked to see if code 14 came back after new sensor? Did you clear the code?

Engine temp plays a big part in the starting mode.

Have checked fuel pressure?

Sometimes you may need to key up twice to help build correct fuel pressure before cranking after sitting for a few days.

Engine serial number?

OL396274 and no I dont havent checked to see if 14 came back yet but yest when I started it the same alarm went off as before

What alarm are you getting steady alarm, different sounds? Does it come on when you first start, while it's running, or when/if it dies?

I believe there are beeps which happens while it is running

like I said it is strange that it only occurs when it is cold out mainly during the fall months

Compare your alarm to this chart? Is this what you are getting or something else.

Do you have access to a scanner that you can use while the engine is running? There is more things that can go wrong that can cause your problem that doesn't set a code.
When was the last full tunup? Sparkplugs, cap, rotor, etc.

Everything possible has been changed. I dint have access to one but a local shop does. They have a laptop im just trying to fix it without paying the 100 fee but i guess if they tell me what it is its worth it. The last one was only a handheld scanner. I guess the laptops tell a lot more info i have heard

Depending on the scanner, I had the Rinda Techmate along with the lap top. The Techmate was always easier to use, easier to see, and does all the necessary checks, plus the fact that if you plan on doing your own MPI maintenance yourself, you need one. Changing parts is also a very expensive way to find out a wire was corroded somewhere and the fix was free.
