The trim sender has 3 wires: pink, black and orange. From the sender, it goes to a connector which has a gray wire tapped into it. Does anyone out there know what this wire is for? My sender is shot and I've disconnected it , but the grey wire is an integral part of the harness. (I learned how to diagnose the sender from a previous post by checking ohms between the O-Bl and P-Bl wires, and I wat to say that this is a great forum.)
