Broke a piston on by motor - would like more horsepower - any ideas for rebuild or can I use a larger powerhead with same motor?<br /><br />Boat is 22 foot Crestliner Sabre - Deep V - typically I use it heavily loaded. <br />WOT 5300 RPM at about 33 mph cruise at 4500 rpm at 25mph.
I believe your boat is to big for a 115 engine. If I were you I rebuild it and sell it and get a 150HP V6 engine
