96 Yamaha Waveraider 1100

Hello,

I am having problems with it taking on water. If we are running it, it is fine but once we stop for lunch or something it starts retaining the water. I noticed a rivet missing on the front right balancer but wouldnt think that it would fill up the complete hull.

Any suggestions on making sure that this is the issue or what else should I check.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Lift the ski out of the water, put a hose in the hull and see if you can see where the water is leaking out.

Good luck small leaks are a b**ch to find, sounds like yours is a little bigger though. Good Luck!!
