Boat motor hatch/cover plastic inserts

Any know what this 3 plastic inserts are called? Or where I could buy new ones online?

Could be but why would they be at the rear of the boat and at such an angle? I was thinking maybe vents for the motor compartment. I don’t know

not sure what kind of boat. however boat vents fall into two categories: common off the shelf, or custom per manufacturer and boat line

additionally, it looks like the vinyl in the back is toast.

I thought rod holders, but they seem too close to each other.

Maybe they're for cup holders. Measure the diameter. You might find universal cup holders that drop right in those holes.

Could be vents too, I guess.
If that's the case, and if cup holders fit, cut the bottom off the cup holders and drop them in to get a nice neat finish for your vents.
