I have a 95 murray rider with a 16 horse briggs motor on it. I was just wondering if there is a rule of thumb or an easy way to set the carburetor I thought it was so many turns from the closed position, can anybody help me out? Thanks.
most start out at 1.5 turns out from gently turned all the way in (remember gently). Briggs manuals are available online in pdf format, you'll need the model number from it.
