Change oil on power trim pump (model 290)

Does anyone know how to fill oil on this pump?
There is just one screw. Removing that will drain the oil.

The oil should only be up to the level of the plug there. Messy carry on, but how it is.

Pull that plug, add oil until the level is to bottom of hole, install plug
