Clicking noise in newly mounted Teleflex helm

I have a clicking noise in certain spots while steering. It is a newly installed Teleflex cable and helm.The noise seems to be coming from inside the new helm, other than the noise the steering works fine. Has anyone experienced this, is it safe to use.
