Hello,

If an outboard has a cracked cylinder is the head rebuildable? If it is rebuildable, what is done regarding the crack.

depends on what cracked. the sleeves are replacable, the cyl head is a bit more difficult. biggest issue is any water damage to the crankshaft assy.]

http://www.lasleeves.com can do it. Have had many blocks rebuilt by them.
