Re: Dexter Saf-T-Lube Hubs

I've had Saf-T-Lube hubs since trailer new in 1999 with no problems. Those little black rubber end caps can crack/deteriorate/leak, so I added a couple if the black neoprene Bearing Buddy Bras(about $3/pair) on ends of each hub to protect rubber end caps and act as a double seal for ends of hubs. Every time I launch, especially in salt water, I pump a couple of strokes of fresh grease into each zerk just to force out any water. Just one less thing to worry about! Good Luck!
